I’ve been taking PQQ for years. This capsule size is slightly bigger than the previous brand PQQ I bought. That brand is currently unavailable. IOther than that, I can’t tell the difference. I’m glad that I found this one.

Only good things, to say about this product. Get it,auto shipped its a keeper.

I followed the manufacture directions and had 2 a day with food. It gave me an upset stomach and diarrhea each and every day I took it. Wish I could get my $25 back. I was trying it for my mitochondrial dysfunction after reading a peer reviewed study implicating it’s benefit with energy. I noticed no increase in energy for the 10 days I took it. No change except for stomach problems. Bummer.
