Resin Half Round Umbrella Base, Brown 20-lbs

It is not metal so make sure you understand you are buying plastic. I did not realize this when I purchased it. It is still pretty heavy and it has around the edges so it moves a little bit in the wind I guess that is so your umbrella doesn’t break. I still had to buy a gravipod umbrella stand weight it so my umbrella would not fall over because it had fallen a few times with the stand.

Not very sturdy, had to tie it to the shed I was trying to cover with an umbrella, but it kept tipping over, anyway. I guess all the tipping weakened the edges, causing it to dissolve.There must be a better product out there... .

resin umbrella stand.... broken when arrived.I have started putting pipes in ground for umbrella stands.these are really not the way to go.

It is working fairly well, but it lets the umbrella wobble some even when the bolt is tight

I made an upright stand for my wife's crutches with this. It's small and stable enough to slide partly under the couch or loveseat and can take accidental bumps and not tip

This base does the job. It is heavy enough for a light weight umbrella. It may not work well during monsoon season in Arizona.

sturdy product and what I spected

Too soon to tell how this will work out. Shell is plastic so will have to see how it survives the winter. I am using it to cover half our hot tub so we can go out in the winter rain. Will review it again in the spring.

love that it sits flush with balcony. Could be a bit heavier and bolt under base loosens with time.
