Is this a true-pink color or is it a bit of a reddish-pink color?

Dear Jocelyn, Our Cinderella glass slipper is true-pink color(You can see the details of the glass slipper in the video). It is adopted sturdy glass material, with cute and elegant appearance, very suitable for home and party decoration, Christmas gifts and birthday gifts.

Can I use it for a Makeup brush holder?

Yes you can, I would not put a lot in it, but I would say Yes you can, it has a lil weight to it also.

Is this too heavy to be a topper on a 3 tier cake?

It do have some Heft to it, but it should be fine as a topper, just be careful with it.
