WELCOME TO THE NHK VOL.1 - Limited Mediabook [Blu-ray]

This could have been a good release.Unfortunately the video has been heavily edited/localized, replacing the original Japanese text with German. These adjustments are quite noticable, as they are not well done, look out of place, and the text has not been changed in all scenes.Examples are:* name on mailbox* TV show's title screen* text on computer screen* handouts* door signs* magazinesOther than that, there are the occasional visual artifacts, such as banding.The font used for the German subtitles is also pretty plain.While the video seems to be slightly better than the DVD release, with the changes made, I can't recommend this release.
