am so happy with these Wilton neon gel food colors! The colors are incredibly vibrant, fun, and bright—perfect for birthday cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.Since it is a gel formula, it is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Most importantly, it doesn’t water down the buttercream, royal icing, or fondant, allowing them to keep their perfect consistency. It also mixes very smoothly without leaving any streaks or changing the taste of the desserts.Wilton never disappoints with their quality. I highly recommend this set to anyone who loves baking and colorful decorations!

Nice colors (neon). I made them deliberately pale!
The second picture shows one unbaked and one baked. The colors got slightly paler after baking but not as much as I expected. I made a double batch of sugar cookies, split the dough into four and used 6 drops of color per section. I wanted the cookies paler because Easter (and actually wish I'd done even paler than this). The gel is less gellike and more of a thick liquid. It was easy to count out the drops. They had no flavor impact on my cookies. I'm totally happy with these.

Vibrant colors!
While the bottles are small, you don't need much to get vibrant colors. I used this pack for this tropical color scheme cake and the customer loved it!
