4 of the boxes had chipped/snapped off pieces or missing hardware. Luckily, I'm not your Average Joe so I was able to manage fixing some of the parts to make it work. Sauder, the company itself, NEEDS WAY BETTER Quality Control Service. This is too expensive to not check things thoroughly

Cheap kit furniture. It took an experienced installation company 12 hrs to put this set together. Many pieces damaged. Drawers do not fit well and feel cheap. The back panel of the hutch is actually "wood grain colored" cardboard. Spend a thousand dollars more and buy real furniture.
