What if there’s no seal under the lid?

There is also a seal/label on the very top of the unit. If that is intact, and there is no seal under the lld, does the product look dried out? If it looks fresh then you are probably ok. Remember the old school glade air fresheners that would get discolored and shriveled up when they were used up? That how I know to replace mine, when the product looks dried, cracked and discolored. If not, you're good.

Super sensitive sniffer here.👃 can anyone tell me what the fresh & clean smells like? (woods, citrus, floral, spice, linen, perfume, detergent, etc)

Smells like nothing, not strong at all and doesn't work. Don't waste your money. Febrese plug ins work way better!! .
