Customers should know that these contain no menthol and are not advertised as cough drops. However, they do help when faced with a dry mouth, and contain a vitamin C boost for “cold season”. It's nice to have three different flavors for a variety. For those of us who are put off by artificial sweeteners—for any of several reasons—these provide an effective health boost.

These are a bit sweet, but very pleasant tasting (grapefruit is my fave!) NOT cough drops, as listing and others have noted. But helpful when you get that annoying tickle in your throat from dry, winter air. NO menthol, I find menthol thoroughly unpleasant. 2 bags should last us a long while! Always good to bump up vit. C through winter mths.

I have a few health issues and need to get a good amount of vit C and salt in me throughout the day. The vit c is for my immune system that is iffy at best! These lozenges help me get that without having to swallow horse pills! These also have some sugar/salt in them which I need for POTS. This helps keep my electrolytes where they need to be. I take 5 in the morning and 5 at night, and my everyday vit covers the rest of my vitamin c (about 3,000mg/day). Taste wise they’re not bad. They’re different citrus flavors which includes grapefruit (not a fan of that one!). The other citrus flavors are all pretty good though. Size wise, they’re normal lozenge size. I eat all 5 at once and have a pretty small mouth for an adult! The cost works better for me than getting vit c pills does. And even with as many as I take per day they last a decent amount of time for me.

I realized recently that I wasn't getting enough vitamin C in my diet. Apparently it's important for skin health and making your skin look more tight against your muscles. I've been taking these for only a week and honestly, I've noticed definite tightening already especially in my midsection and on my sides. These are a great way to get your vitamin C intake. And with only 2 grams of sugar per serving these are a much better choice than drinking your cup of morning OJ . Definitely recommend these
