Runs small
I ordered this for myself at the time I ordered it I was 260 pounds. I ordered the largest size of a hat however once I got it I need to lose some weight in my arms in order to even put it on. So at this time I have not used it I’m down now to 250 pounds so I’m thinking maybe when I get around 230lbs I might be able to use this product

It came today, I was surprised because when trying it on it was a bit snug for 4X however because I lose weight quickly (from 245 losing to 204) and at the moment stuck in the same weight and if this helps I will bump it up to a 4 or 5 star and later update, so I am going to hang on to this, other than the size everything was good!Update: So far so good! 4 stars! let's see how this baby works out in week 2

Nice but
Good rating because i was sweating 5 minute in on outting this on!! I am an XL and i ordered a 4x and it took me 30 minutes to put this on!! In the end i had to have my brother come help pull it down in the back!!! Its itchy and i couldnt hardly move. If the smell of if wasnt so bad I would have 5 stared

Very tight but works
I'm 5'5 280lbs I wear an 18/20 I ordered a 4X in this shaper I was able to get it on but it's very tight. I'm able to move and work out in it so once you get it on its fine. I'll probably need help taking it off lol

After reading other reviews I sized up its still snug. Sleeves were too long for me but over all its ok. You do sweat a lot though.

It does make you sweat like it should
I normally wear a XL I ordered a 4X. The arms are a little tight but I got it on. It does make you sweat like it should.

Runs 2 sizes or more smaller so caution
Runs way smaller than size purchased but seems to be better in quality than others purchased so gave away as a gift and user was delighted with it.
