Works great to exersize neck muscels. This will help neck pain as long as you don't overdo it. You have to be very carful not to do more than a couple to 5 reps for the first 5 days. You will get a headach and never want to do it again! Start slowly and be careful. After a few WEEKS, you can increase the reps. Don't place heavy weights on it or you will regret it.

I’ve been using the DMoose Fitness Neck Harness twice a week for neck training with about 20 pounds of weight, and overall, it’s a solid, well-made piece of equipment. The materials feel durable, the padding is comfortable, and the heavy-duty steel chain handles the weight with no issues. The Velcro straps are strong and hold everything firmly in place during workouts. That said, the fit isn’t ideal—it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all. On me, the harness either sits awkwardly over my ears or behind them and cuts in uncomfortably. It also comes down past my eyebrows, sitting directly above my eyes, and unfortunately, there’s no way to adjust that section for a better fit. Pros: - Strong, sturdy construction - Velcro holds securely in place - Comfortable padding - Handles added weight well Cons: - Poor fit; not truly one-size-fits-all - Can sit awkwardly over or behind the ears - No adjustment for forehead/eye placement Overall: I’d still recommend the DMoose Neck Harness for its build quality and performance, but be prepared to make a few home adjustments for a more comfortable fit.

I gotta be honest, I gave this a shot without expecting much. I was wrong. I had a neck harness in the late 90s for about 15 years, and haven't had one since. This harness kicks ass. Great fit. Stable. You can feel the weight, but without strain. I love it. The American flag design is super cool. I'd say I will order again, but it doesn't look like I'll need a new one for years. This is a real winner.

Eh. Works fine for what it’s supposed to do. I’m not really sure why they decided to have the rings on the side of the head rather than the chin. The weights swing around a lot and the chains end up smacking my face. If there’s too much slack such as when you’re trying to remove it (and thus have the weights resting on the ground), I’ve had a nonzero number of times where I ended up getting hit in the eye of cheekbone. If the rings were situated at the chin it’d be a lot better but (1) the rings are at the side of the head and (2) it doesn’t fit terribly well. Perhaps the latter is more my issue and a product one

This harness is great for neck muscle building. DMoose makes great exercise equipment. If you're into fitness, definitely check them out.

Had this for over a year now and it gets the job done, don’t expect to overload it too much but for what it’s worth, I’ve never had any issues with it holding weight especially up to 20kg or slightly more. Good bit of kit if you wanna get your foot in the door with neck training but don’t wanna break the bank either, mines held up well over the last year and I see it lasting quite a while still. Overall happy with this product, no complaints, 10/10. Functionality: Limited range of motion if you’re using bigger plates in a seated position (10kg-20kg), weight plate(s) will make contact with your chest on the way up so you might have to lean more forward for a seamless range of motion, otherwise works really well if stood up. Value for money: Good value for money
