I used the FIRMERST 1875W Flat Plug Extension Cord, 3 Feet, 14 AWG, 15A, Black to safely connect my electric oven to the wall receptacle, minimizing the risk of the cord touching the hot back wall oven. It worked perfectly.

Needed a short extension cord. This cord is molded (the pvc insulating covering) well. The plug's metal components (called tines) line up straight and are the proper thickness. Finally, the cord is marked with both the UL and CSA safety logos giving me assurances of its safety when used correctly.
