Great for Summer fun!
These hoops are great! My kids love setting up obstacle courses in the pool with them! We even take them with us on beach vacations to use in the pools there!

Great for swimmers
I would say great for kids but really they are fun for anyone who's ok getting their hair wet. The whole family had a great time time swimming through the hoops and collecting the gems from the bottom of the pool. Very happy with my purchase

Gems are small and pointy
I bought this for me nieces when they come over to swim. The swim hoops are great. They are about the size of a normal hula hoop and suspend in the water. They enjoyed swimming through those. The gems were much smaller than anticipated. They enjoyed finding treasures on the bottom of the pool. However, because the gems are so small, the pool filter blows them around. They also are a hard resin plastic and some of them have very pointy edges on them. If they were to be stepped on in the pool, they could easily puncture the liner. Some of the smaller ones also floated into the skimmer basket. I you just need to be very careful with them and make sure they are all accounted for.
