I’m surprised at other reviews from users that had any issues with this ligature. It’s metal… and will need to break-in a little bit to contour to your individual mouthpiece set up. You’ll have to work it (loosening, tightening) till it finds its placement. That’s how these metal ligs work. Not all mouthpieces are exactly the same. It may take a few minutes of actual patience… it can be shaped to fit your situation.The lig came in a nicely cushioned display tin. I’m very pleased using it on my Buffet and will get another for my other clarinet.

Guess all is well needed one of the screws for clarinet. Less costly to buy whole outfit than a screw or two

My son plays his clarinet everyday and we haven’t had any problems with this hardware. I would recommend and will buy again from this company.

Needed this for my kid. Somehow lost the old one. Easy to use and works great. Fits snuggly on her clarinet.

I bought it because it was cheap, thinking that even if it wasn't a very good ligature, at least we'd be able to use the screw to replace the missing on the old ligature for my son's clarinet. Well joke's on me. The screws didn't fit and this ligature doesn't actually stay put on the clarinet but migrates around. When he tries to tighten the screws so it will stay put, it loosens itself before he gets into the song. He had to go back to limping along with his old one-screw ligature while I find another one to buy. I'm definitely trying to return this as it just did not work.

You get what you pay for. This is cheap piece of kit that slips and doesn't properly hold the reed. Cheap but not really worth it, I will be looking for a decent used ligature on eBay.
