Medical experts agree that when it comes to the healthy development of little feet, barefoot is best. Itโs the reason why these same experts recommend soft, flexible-soled footwear for both infants and children. Theyโre the next best thing to being barefoot. Since our first steps, Robeez has embraced this philosophy. All of our footwear carries the prestigious Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association, an accreditation only awarded to products that promote natural foot function. And with a soft sole design built to flex and bend, thatโs exactly what our shoes do. The best shoes mimic bare feet. Robeez footwear mimics bare feet by flexing and bending with every step. Supporting not constricting growing feet, they promote good balance and unrestricted growth, while protecting little feet from the world. They stay on too, with elasticized ankles to ensure a perfectly snug fit. Using high quality leather and materials, Robeez shoes are both comfortable and durable while their softer soles cushion feet and allow toes a better grip, helping balance, encouraging muscle growth and preventing slipping. From crawling to cruising, walking to running, for indoors and out, Robeez makes shoes and socks for newborns to two year-olds that promote healthy foot development while being fashionable and fun to wear.

Great shoes!
These are great little shoes for my newly-walking toddler! The design is adorable, and the elastic around the ankle helps them stay on snugly (without any pinching). I saw a lot of complaints about discoloration and staining within a few wears, but we wear able to prolong the life of the suede through some protectant spray. I'm not sure if it's worth buying a whole bottle for one pair of shoes, but I already had some on hand from a pair of boots (mine) that I purchased a while ago.I was surprised at how well the non-skid surface of the soles worked. On first glance, it doesn't seem like it was very textured. However, my daughter has walked over very smooth wood and tile surfaces (while learning), and had no issues with sliding.

Cozy and enough traction for my little tot
I got these shoes for my then 13 month old daughter. For most of the year, we walk around the house with bare feet, but in the winter, I feel the need to cover my feet up with woolly socks or furry slippers. I thought about my 13 month old daughter, who was beginning to walk but still a bit unsteady on her feet, and couldn't figure out what to do about her (I feel that most of her socks, even those with traction, are still a bit slippery and thus dangerous). But then I remembered when I bought my first pair of Robeez (a beach themed leather one that is very thin) for her that I had seen fur-lined crib shoes and came back and got these. When I got these, they didn't disappoint. I knew from my first pair of Robeez, which I got in size 6-12 months was getting small on her, so I got the next size up (12-18 months) even though I knew it would be a bit big. Though it is a bit big on her, I know she'll grow into them and I don't think the extra material is hazardous so it's not a problem. I love that she doesn't mind when I put these on her feet and that I know her feet are toasty in there. You can't tell from the picture but the white fur lining covers the inside of the shoe like UGG boots, which I think feels amazing - like clouds covering your feet. They're probably not appropriate for outdoor wear, but I've brought them to hotels and visits to the hospital so that her feet can feel cozy in these foreign places. I've tossed them in the laundry with our regular clothes before and it came out looking like new. I'd definitely recommend the product for anyone experiencing a cold winter or really just anyone who wants their baby to experience some awesome cozy pair of booties that you can rest assured will have enough traction!

A good indoor shoe
Very cute and comfy, gender neutral shoe. We bought these to keep our 18month old's feet warm indoors in the chilly months and to reduce slipping on the hardwood and tile floors - they're performing wonderfully at both these tasks. They're a little bigger than I expected (was assuming they would be similar in size to pediped, but they are quite a bit longer) but my son doesn't seem to mind and so we're keeping them and are happy he'll be able to wear them longer! They do get dirty fairly easily due to their light color but are cute none the less. I would recommend to a friend for sure.

Great shoes! Small flaw.
I am a big fan of Robeez shoes. I like the soft bottoms, the adorable designs, and the fact they stay on my kids feet. Both of my children jave greatly enjoyed their Robeez. These are no exception to my liking. This shoe has a faux shearling lining to keep toes warm. My only complaint about this particular style is that they get dirty easily. My nonwalker is currently wearing these and rides in the Bjorn carrier have rubbed black around the toes. I imagine a crawler would be no expection to this discoloration BUT hey! shoes are meant to get dirty and be worn. I still love them!

Awesome home slippers
I bought these booties for my 15 month old to walk around the house. Of course we have heat and keep our home warm but his feet are still cold and so I bought these shoes. They are fantastic - non-slippery, warm, comfortable. He wears them without socks. The only issue that I wish I could change is that they get dirty very quickly. I still love them and while they completely lost their original color after just 1 month of wear (daily) they are still comfortable, durable, a pure necessity for my toddler in the cold weather. We love them and highly recommend them!

Cute bit run really big
These are very cute and I wish that I could keep them but they run really big. My baby is 12 months old and I got the 12 to 18 month pair and it probably has an inch and a half of room for her to grow into. She has pretty long feet too. Sadly they are sold out of the smaller pair. I would say the 12-18 month size would be perfect for the average 18 month old.

Ripped along the seam within a month! Disappointed.
We loved them so much and they stay on to keep out little ones feet nice and warm! They do get to look dirty pretty fast but they are so good for walking inside the house we didnโt care at all. Only issue I have with them is that we had them for ONE month and they ripped along the seam on top. We only wear them at home and not even every day. I am so disappointed. Not sure if we can exchange them since itโs only been one month but Iโll be reaching them out!

Look dirty quickly but good for around the house...
I ignored the reviews about how quickly these show wear but if grungy looking shoes bother you, these aren't for you. My baby had these on for a couple hours and they are by far the most worn looking shoes she has, and they were worn exclusively inside. Our floors aren't dirty either so I'm not sure if the suede is just being scuffed or? That being said, I do like the slip on design and soft fuzzy inside. The elastic is tight around the ankle and did leave a mark. This is her first pair of robeez so I can't compare to other styles. Her foot measures between a 3.5 and 4 and the 6-12 fits with really no growing room. The 12-18 are pretty big on her so we kept the 6-12. We will use them around the house only and sending back the other pair.
