This product tastes really good! Easy to take! I have had trouble tolerating all previous Vitamin B supplements, so I just don't take any. Before this item. This is smooth and lightly sweet. I don't notice increased energy, as others have reported. That might be due to the state of my health. However, the fact that I CAN tolerate it and have absolutely no side effects that I have been inflicted with by other products, this is superior in my opinion! I'm on my second bottle and am alternating with another product that is great, too. For me, I fell that alternating will decrease my chances of having any problems with the "B's", as time goes on. I highly recommend this product and am extremely happy to have found it!

I have only been taking this product for a week or so but I already notice a difference. You have to leave it in your mouth for about 30 seconds and I can feel a slight surge in energy just from that. I thought it was the placebo effect but it happens every time I take it. There is a slight after taste but it wears off quickly. I love not having to take big bulky B vitamins that may or may not get digested. I definitely recommend this product and will keep taking it!

I was happy the biotin was higher than most products offered by other companies. This company has grest rep. The vitamins taste ok, are easy to use.

I have multiple vitamin deficiencies. This was recommended by a professional. Ice used for years and honestly I don't feel a difference at all. Has to be better than not using anything right? Wish it was a tad more affordable. Taste isn't bad at all.

I was recommended this product by a MD and I have felt more energy when i take it on a regular basis. I stop for a few weeks and then start another bottle.

My system doesn't like most supplements and this one was no exception. This stuff gave me extreme anxiety. I didn't realize at first that it was this stuff. I would take it first thing in the morning and it seemed fine. About 4 hours later the anxiety would kick in. It is also crazy expensive for only 20 doses!! I guess I didn't realize how little you get when I ordered it. I was able to return it with no problem, so I gave it an extra star for that.
