Very fine paprika. Earthy flavor, beautiful color, smokey and just a bit spicy. The tin keeps the paprika fresh and is easily opened with a spoon.

I love this stuff. 50/50 Smoked Paprika & Season Salt. 25% Granulated garlic, onion powder, chili powder and for my family cayenne pepper. Cut the cayenne in half for less heat. I put it on almost everything. Beef, Ribs (beef and pork), Boston butt, turkey and even fish. Light dusting on roasted potatoes and deviled eggs is awesome.. 10/10 for me..

This product is for people who REALLY like hot smoked paprika!
Although the weight is in the product listing, somehow I did not realize just how large this box is! Fortunately we really DO like hot smoked paprika and will probably use it up within a year. Just be aware that there is a lot of product here! The paprika is delicious - very rich and smoky and quite hot. Not cayenne pepper hot, but hot enough that if you put a tablespoon into a pot of soup you really notice it. Good stuff.
