You will receive one individual piece of Malaysian Driftwood approximately 7-11 inches in length. Each piece is unique: nature makes only one of each. Pictured are several pieces to provide an indication just how unique each piece is. Malaysian has many uses in an aquarium: it works great as a decoration, as a hiding place for nocturnal species, or as an anchor for live plants such as mosses, Anubias, etc. Malaysian Driftwood will release tannins discoloring aquarium water. To avoid this, it is best to boil the wood gently for an hour and then soak the wood in a bucket until water stays clear. Change the water in the bucket twice a day. Please note: any discoloration of the water is completely harmless. Some fish keepers seek to add tannins to induce breeding in blackwater fish.
