This product actually does taste like fresh milk, it doesn't have that "cooked" taste that powdered milk and evaporated milk usually has. I'm very happy.

We don't really drink a lot of milk, so we were tied of tossing out half consumed cartons of milk after it expired. These 1cup portions are great. Great for recipes and baking. We have also used them at our off-grid cabin since we don't have to refrigerate these to store.

These powdered milk packets are convenient for travel and office use. I keep them at work to have with my afternoon tea or coffee.It has very good flavor and it mixes well without lumping. However, I have I my tried it with hot drinks I don’t know how well it would dissolve with room temperature or cold water.It is a bit pricey but the milk is good quality and having the convenience of lactose free milk when you need it without having to stock it in the fridge is great.

The product doesn't mix well.Walmart brand mixes very well, regardless of temperature or liquid. Bought this as a convenient take along item. Very inconvenient to use.
