What type of remover will work best with this?

I use gel so a gel remover would work best.

Are these products vegan and cruelty free?

They do not claim to be either vegan or cruelty free, however they do say the products are “non-toxic, harmless, and environmentally friendly”. That’s all the specification I could find!

Can this be done over dip powder and if so when should it be applied?

As dip powder as is no because it needs either a somewhat sticky layer to stick to when your rubbing the product in. I would use a clear gel top coat or the chrome effects no wipe gel polish from O.P.I when using these powders.

Can this be used with Dip powder? and if so after you buff your nails before the top coat?

Yes, you can use the chrome powder with the dip powder to make aurora chrome effect nails.Recommend Steps： 1. Create your own color nails with dip powder. 2. Apply second coat of top coat to the entire nails surface.3. Use the chrome powder and rub it to the nails create a chrome effect. 4. Wipe the excess powder on nail surface. 5. Apply the top to protect the aurora chrome nails.
