Great for acne
Iโve been using the Best Naturals P5P for a few weeks and my skin feels significantly less 'greasy' by midday. B6 is known to help regulate sebum (oil) production, which has really helped keep my pores clear. Plus, because it has anti-inflammatory properties, the red, angry spots I do get seem to heal much faster. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, and haven't caused any stomach upset.

It works!
This was suggested to my by my cousin. My legs used to swell up and I felt lethargic. Since taking this, all symptoms disappeared. Just make sure you take 2 with morning meal. I'll be ordering again

Very effective B6
I have taken vitamin b6 for about 10 years now to help with hormones, mostly the week before my period, and it has always worked to help a good bit. However after doing lots of research I discovered that this form of b6 is much easier for your body to absorb. B6 has to be converted before it can be absorbed but not everyone's body can convert it well, whereas this form of B6 is already converted to the form your body needs to enable it to be absorbed... hoping I have explained that well. Anyways, this is my third tub and I have found it to be more effective, easy to swallow as you can see from my picture it's way smaller than a 5p, a really decent dose for the price, the horrormoans are definitely less. I will continue to buy this, and so my husband will continue to survive that one week each month :)

Convenient pack and easy to break in half
the product is as i envisaged it, the tablets are too large but can easily be snapped in half, their efficacy i cannot comment on because they are intended to play a role in an extended group
