I have decided to rewrite my earlier review. I'm disappointed that the camera did let me down but it would appear that all I really lost was 1 battery. So I was on holidays with my camera and was recording the kids playing in the swimming pool when I noticed bubbles coming from my camera. The camera was barely 1m underwater when it leaked. Consequently, it fried one of the batteries and stopped working for about 2-3days. In my rage, I wanted to write a bad review for this product as I was so disappointed. After the camera dried out, I was able to use it again and captured some amazing footage at a foam party. It's an okay camera, but don't put it underwater as it will leak but if it does give it time to dry out.

I am completely baffled by the glowing reviews for this camera.First a foremost it states waterproof to 8 meters without a case, I used it for 20 minutes in a pool with a maximum of 1.5 meters and after getting out the pool the lense fogged up on the inside rendering the camera entirely useless.Footage captured before this was also pretty terrible, anything other than optimal lighting for the camera produced either, too bright washed out videos or, terribly grainy video, the overall quality was far from what I would class as 4k also.Finally this thing might as well not bother having a mic in it the pick up is that bad.I appreciate this is a budget camera but I have had cheaper 1080 cameras from years back that produced far superior results.Apologies but steer clear of this one!

Great little camera, had a couple issues but wolfang customer service sorted them out promptly with amazing customer service has to be said, gone above and beyond. Highly recommended especially for the price point!
