I was skeptical at first because I’ve tried other diet supplements that did not work. I’m extremely happy to say this works as advertised. It helps curb my appetite and suppress my cravings and I have been able to lose weight using it. It has absolutely no flavor, and I can drink it in water juice or even coffee if I want to. It definitely gives me an energy boost throughout the day with no crash, which has helped me cut back on soda and energy drinks. I definitely recommend it.

I bought another bottle of this recently and the formula has either changed or the bottle went bad. The liquid was more opaque and I literally gagged at the taste of it. It also had no effect. I cannot recommend this anymore.I started taking this at the beginning of September around the time I started going back to the gym. I didn't really change my eating habits and I took it as directed for one week with zero noticeable benefits. I'm a bigger girl so I thought maybe I should take a higher dose. I doubled it and that's when I started to notice the detox and appetite suppressing effects.I haven't been to the gym in two weeks yet my clothes are fitting looser and people have commented that I'm looking smaller. I literally had to buy a few pairs of smaller sized jeans this week to avoid looking sloppy in my now baggy jeans that I just purchased in late August! I'm not doing anything differently other than eating less and getting fuller way faster than usual, which I attribute to taking two full droppers of this first thing in the morning. My stomach almost always feels full if not bloated to the point where I don't "feel" like I've lost weight but my clothes tell a different story. I'm also feeling so much stronger and my energy levels have been better.I hate the fact that it gets chunky but it was advised that would be normal on the bottle. I took away a star because the dosage is not one size fits all to get the results advertised and the chunky-ing situation is not at all pleasant.

I thought this was suppose to help with weight loss. It didn't for me.

The flavor isn't all that great but you can mix it with your favorite juice or smoothie. Works like a charm. It gave me energy for a couple of hours. No crash. Great product.

The drops are easy to put in any drink, I usually place it into my Body Armor I drink daily. You can’t taste it at all. After a few days of the drops I felt less bloated and not as tired. I will continue to use this with other weight management tools for sure, it’s not a miracle product but it sure does what it says!

I didn’t see anything different in my body, my metabolism is the same, my energy is the same, my cravings are the same, I did not feel this is helpful at all just waste of money, never buying again

Whatever this "stuff" is, it's not a detox or weight loss product, as claimed. The liquid (god only knows what this is) tastes terrible and doesn't last the amount of time it claims. The instructions say to use one (1) milliliter (a dropper full), but the dropper doesn't fill more than halfway, so you double the use, and it won't last two weeks. All that said, I'm embarrassed I tried whatever this "stuff." Don't be embarrassed like me; steer clear of these scam products claiming weight loss and detox.

I have been taking this product for a month now and have not changed my diet. I have lost weight and inches. I think to myself imagine if I changed my diet I’d see an even bigger difference. I put my drops in my drink and it tastes fine. I'd recommend. Unfortunately they are out of stock but I’m waiting for it to come back to order more.
