Finally allowed me to make perfect fried rice, every time
I've been trying for years to find a recipe and pan that would allow me to make fried rice that's easy to make and tastes like that in restaurants. I finally found both. This pan makes perfect fried rice, every single time, even though I have an electric, gas top stove.

Una delle mie pentole preferite
Che dire... una delle mie pentole preferite. Vero è che queste pentole hanno bisogno di cure particolari, vanno condizionate, non si lavano in lavastoviglie... però per chi ama la cucina e tiene al risultato la differenza esiste ed è tangibile. Acquisti che durano una vita e che si rinnovano a ogni utilizzo.

Excellent Wok for my induction hob!
The De Buyer quality is undeniably outstanding. This wok heats up so fast on my induction hob that I need to keep an eye on it when on high power, but it cooks beautifully stir fries wit hall types of protein. It came pre-seasoned and to clean and oil is not such a big deal as one may think. I store it well dry with a piece of good kitchen paper on its cooking surface, so that I can stack my other de buyer pans on it. It is heavier than a conventional wok but feels so solid and the materials are much safer than any cheap wok on the market, which for me is paramount.
