Overall 5/5My only complaint is when pairing them with my phone, most the time only one connects. It's a slight inconvenience to tap the screen twice and take an extra 10 seconds... not that big of a deal.I really wanted these for when I'm on my lawn mower or working outside.Even with the noise cancelling on, I can barely hear the music.Really great for when not operating machinery.Great sound quality and noise cancelling. Battery life is definitely long enough.

I was directed to the Raycon Work Earbuds Classic from a colleague who has three pairs. I immediately ordered them for work. They are great. Sound quality is amazing and the built-in microphone works very well! No one has had an issue with hearing me yet! Small, lightweight, easy to pair--nice job Raycon!

I had a pair of original Work earbuds from Raycon, and I absolutely loved them. They were a much cheaper alternative to other big brad earbuds. They were intelligent, consistent, and had amazing audio quality with big bass. I had them for about two years and raved about their performance. Unfortunately, I damaged one of them and needed to get a new pair.I bought another pair from Amazon and everything that made the old pair great simply doesn't work on this new edition. The style is more rounded, making the touch controls harder to perform on the smaller surface. The touch controls have also become exceedingly inconsistent, a double touch may just pump the volume up twice instead of pausing. A triple touch may turn up the volume and pause rather than skip ahead. There have been times where it seems like the earbuds are holding onto the last touch in memory, so that if I double tap to pause, it turns the volume up and nothing else, I wait a few seconds, double tap again, and it registers as a triple tap. Infuriating.You can no longer toggle ANC / Awareness Mode / normal mode when media is not playing. You have to have something playing through your earbuds in order to change modes. This makes it really annoying during podcasts or music because it doesn't pause the media to announce what mode your switching to.My old pair would remember the last state the earbuds were in and boot back up in that state. I.e. bass mode etc. The new pair is hit or miss with this, half the time reverting to defaults and the other half retaining the last known state. This means having to check every time I use them.The proximity sensor that would automatically pause playback if you pulled an earbud out just simply doesn't work. Coupled with the annoying touch sensors, if someone starts talking to me, I have to just fumble both earbuds out to hold a conversation, whilenmy media happily continues to play in the background.They constantly lose connection and have to be repaired with my phone.The originals would allow you to change listening modes on phone calls or video calls, allowing me to either tune out the outside world or include it. The new buds force normal listening mode on phone calls, making any sort of communication in an otherwise noisy environment pointless. No ability to change into ANC or Awareness Mode.These new Work buds are frustratingly useless, and unfortunately make a once great product completely crap. They are labeled as "Disappointing Raycons" in my phone.

I've had these for almost a year. They are used daily, in dirty and wet areas. After a year of hard use they are finally starting to have issues. I will definitely buy raycon again to replace these!

This makes my second pair of raycon ear buds they’re definitely very underrated company this model is just like my everyday ear buds the battery life is incredible and the sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is an added plus recommend these to anyone who is looking for good quality ear buds for half the price of your typical nose canceling ear buds

Bought this to use while driving. ANC to block out road noise, handsfree to talk on the phone. It doesn't do either very well. ANC blocks some noise but not much, and it absolutely destroys battery life. Can't make my commute (1 hr) with ANC enabled without them dying halfway to work.When talking on the phone while driving my friends and family simply can't understand me. Say all they can hear is the road noise drowning me out.Music sounds good. Fit is fine. These are just not what I had hoped they would be.

They didn't break, I stupidly changed my computer's settings and turned off volume on left airbud. They are great and work great. Also, Raycon contacted me to offer me a full offer which of course I refused, given that i made a dumb mistake.Great airbuds, great service, great support.

these earbuds fit the bill and are what I needed! I like how sleek they are. The case and earbuds have a matte velvety finish, so it looks and feels expensive. The sound quality is standard. The three sound profiles are cool, I like to use clear voice mode when I'm in video conferences, and the bass mode when I'm at the gym.When I put the earbuds it isolates the outside sounds - great for my commute.Would recommend :)
