Tastes disgusting even if immediately swallowed with water
The outside of these capsules tastes horrible. None of the capsules are split in my pot, so can only assume it happened in the factory. Poor quality control

Helps with Leg Cramps
I take a cholesterol drug and I was getting leg cramps at night soI started taking CoQ10 and I had no leg cramps. My dr said the drug did not cause leg cramps. So I stopped taking CoQ10. my cramps came back & I take it every night. Just saying.

Helping with osteoporosis.
It must be working for me. My Dexiscan has improved to osteopenia. I take this along with my calcium and Raloxifene. Yeah ! They are a bit big to swallow but I manage 1 at a time with some time between them.
