Rules
Be warned that the rules are in German. That’s great if you understand German but I don’t. Fortunately I know how to play the game so it didn’t matter to me. As a game it is a 5 for me but I think the rule book was a big fail on their part.

Nice game, but I was very disappointed to find that the version I bought from the Amazon UK site had no English rules included. I had to print some that I found on the internet - not ideal, especially if one was intending to give the game as a present.

Ich spiele das Azul Grundspiel von Next Move Games, das Spiel des Jahres 2018, sehr gern. Es ist ein abstraktes, aber schön gestaltetes Legespiel, bei dem ich mit 2 bis 4 Spielern bunte Fliesen in einem Mosaik anordne, um Punkte zu sammeln. Die Regeln sind einfach zu verstehen, und die Spielzeit von 30 bis 45 Minuten macht es ideal für Familienabende oder schnelle Spielrunden. Besonders gefällt mir die Kombination aus taktischem Denken und entspanntem Spielgefühl, die für viel Spielspaß und hohen Wiederspielreiz sorgt. Das hochwertige Spielmaterial und die ansprechende Gestaltung machen das Spielerlebnis rund für mich, egal ob mit Kindern oder erfahrenen Spielern.
