Can i place it directly on coal for cooking?

I never tried it, but I don't see why not as long as you keep an eye on it.

Where do you get your clay from?

Namaskar, All our products are 100% organic, handmade on a potter's wheel and chemicals free. We are not using any chemical paints for the glossiness and finish. Our products are stone-polished in the end to impart that mirror finishing to the product. We are procuring all our products from the potters residing in villages thereby helping them in earning a livelihood. We are using natural river clay in the manufacturing process and obtaining clay from where there are no industries nearby thereby no water and soil pollution.
