This thing worked well the one time I actually got to use it before it stopped working!!! Im so angry!! For the price of this thing it's just absolutely ridiculous that it was only used 1 time and then when I went to use it the second time I turned on started to put it down into the water and it shut off and won't turn back on now, so total piece of junk!!! Spend the little bit extra to get a good one that actually works, instead of this garbage!!! After I first used this thing the 1st time I rated it 5 starts, but now I've obviously changed that to 1 and it would be 0 if that was even possible!!! I can't even describe how upset and angry I am over this thing!!! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! Now I'm going to have to turn around and buy another one that actually works!!!

I really love the way it picks up the trash in the bottom of the pool but what I dislike is it has a short handle, you will have to remove it and replace it with the net pole. I don’t mind doing that because it does work really well, so it’s not a big issue. I recommend purchasing this item. Also, this item is really easy to clean.

Let me just say thank you for saving my pool season to this company. I was hesitant to buy this pool vacuum but it works wonderfully. The Vacuum I bought last year from the pool store stopped working and it coats more then this one. My pool was kind of gross and I was ready just to shut it down. The vacuum came within two days, was easy to put together, and charged quickly. I got it right into the pool and could see the suction working. It was even easy to roll up and down the sides of my pool and Took half the time to clean my pool than my old vacuum. I have an eighteen foot above ground round pool. The only complaint I had was,The vacuum did not roll forward easy. Other than that I would definitely buy again and recommend.

When it worked, it was good. It quit working after a few months of use. Customer service was poor. Thankful for intervention by Amazon. The communication from Aiper was drawn out over many days and redundant in providing a replacement. Again, when it works it is impressive. How long will it last?

The media could not be loaded. If you go into using this vacuum with the correct expectations, you’re not going to use it like an indoor vacuum with high suction and move it quickly. If you will go into this with expectations of an economy, underwater, vacuum, and move slowly you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I am just opening my pool and have quite a bit of debris at the bottom. I have an above ground Intex pool that I have wrinkles in the liner. I was unable to get it smooth when putting it up I’m able to take this vacuum and slowly work it along the bottom and you can actually see a trail of clean behind the vacuum as I go if you move very slow and then stop in little locations here and there it will actually suck debris from around the vacuum up into it, I like the net as it will actually suck the algae off the bottom that in algicide clumped up I didn’t have very much I have not seen replacements for the bags that you can purchase separately. I’m thinking if worse comes to worse maybe I can zip tie a pool filter basket sock around it . I like this vacuum and I’m happy with it. It does take several charges to clean the pool so I’m only able to clean part of the pool at a time. That is a bit frustrating I do wish that you could purchase separate batteries because I do not like to leave the job unfinished, I would like to vacuum all the pool at once but if you wanted, you could buy multiple of the vacuums and keep several charged. I would need to for my 18‘ x 52“ in tech round swimming pool in order to finish the job and you can start to tell if your watchful that it will continue to suck, but the suction will become less as the battery starts to wear out before it completely shuts off.

I have a very large Bestway above ground pool, and I had a cheap Bestway vacuum stick that was okay but not great and tended to kick up as much dirt as it cleaned up. It also only stayed charged for about 40 minutes, often dying before I had covered the entire pool floor surface.I eventually sprang for a robot vacuum, but it kept "parking" itself after cleaning only a small area of the pool. Considering the thing cost as much as the pool had, this was no bueno. So, I returned the robot and went back to using the cheap stick, which took forever to use and as noted, did not do a satisfactory job.Enter this lovely vacuum. I decided to give it a try because it was on sale and had many good reviews. I am so glad I did! In less than half an hour I am able to vacuum the bottom of my pool and get all the dirt and debris up and out. That "sock" style bag goes from white to brown and holds all the crud until I wash it out. This vacuum is the best! Worth every penny.

I originally gave the excellent review below, but after 3 months my vacuum stopped working it will not charge. As soon as I plug it in it shows green -that it’s fully charged. I even leaved it plugged in overnight in hopes the light was just wrong, but sadly it will not work. Such high hopes for this-it was wonderful when it worked, but now is just a big paperweightAfter having intex pools for several years I have to say this vacuum is a game changer. Even tho it was more expensive than the pool itself it is so worth it. Picks up the smallest particles. I just get in my pool and vacuum. Wish I had known about this years ago. Great product. Highly recommend
