Did not getting charged, but wait! It will start charging after a while . Once you plug it, it will not give you any indication. It will start charging indication will start appear after a while.

I had a terrible experience with this product. The first scrubber I received broke the very first time I used it. One of the attachment pieces snapped off and became stuck inside the connector on the main unit. Because of that, I couldn't use that attachment or properly use the other attachments either. I contacted Amazon, and they replaced it. Unfortunately, I didn't open the replacement right away, so I only discovered the problem with the replacement a few days after the return period. Also, the replacement is a similar product but not the same as the one I originally received. The replacement is also not functioning properly. It is supposed to have multiple speed levels, but the speeds don't work as they should. Level 1 turns on normally, but when I select the next level, levels 2 and 3 seem to activate together, and the scrubber actually runs slower, rather than increasing in speed. What is particularly frustrating is that after looking through the reviews, I found several negative reviews describing the exact same problems I've experienced. There are plenty of positive reviews, but unfortunately, the negative reviews ended up being much more representative of my experience. At this point, I've had two units and neither has been usable as expected. I would not recommend this product.

Its good to use to clean. but when you apply a bit of pressure, then it stops working... Thats the only issue. But overall it works great.

The product is fake and not the brand mentioned. Avoid buying it. Wasted my time ordering it !!!! 😡

I had researching different brands of these power scrubbers for months and finally decided to try the Leebein. I had originally thought about purchasing cleaning drill heads to fit on my husband's drill, but decided to save my back and go with the Leebein so I wouldn't have to bend down and clean on my hands and knees each time. So far I've been very impressed! I love how the scrubber comes with a variety of different cleaning heads to tackle many different tasks. I've used it so far to clean my sink, shower, car, and I even recently used the special toilet brush attachment while cleaning the bathroom. All of the cleaning heads feel sturdy and stayed in place when attached. The scrubber itself was very powerful and tackled the dirt and grime with ease. I was also really impressed with the battery life. I cleaned the entire bathroom and still had plenty of battery left so I tackled the kitchen as well.

A pretty useful product but soft brush (s) for “dusting” and maybe one higher speed option would make it almost perfect.
