works well, still sheds a lot of color when drying and after but that doesn't surprise me, especially with blue dye. don't wear light colors after using, but nice for touching up faded color

Does what it's supposed to. I find that daily use for about 5 minutes does the job. And a weird bonus, it smells like bubble gum. Maybe it goes without saying, but this can stain your tub. I use it daily (50/50 mix with shampoo to maintain color) and I have to give the shower a quick rinse before getting out. Once I forgot to mix with shampoo and my hair was Sonic the Hedgehog blue... and so were my hands and fingernails for about a day. But that's my mistake and doesn't count against the product. For the price, a great way to maintain color.

I always dye my hair at home and this product is affordable and a slightly better price than comparable color depositing shampoo/conditioners. It makes a mess of the shower! I’ve had a much easier time with the lighter colors, like lavender and pink. The blue will also leave spots on my clothes if my hair is wet. The color is beautiful, though and it only takes 5 minutes. I put it in before I get into the shower. It would be much easier on short hair. Mine is past my shoulders, so I often get color on my face and shoulders. As long as I wipe it off with a washcloth immediately, it doesn’t stain my skin. Be quick! The color lasts for several shampoos - a couple weeks for me. My hair is bleached. This color does not show at all on my natural brown hair. I like this color because it fades into a nice color, so it looks good even when it’s not fresh.

If left to fully deposit it will be a deep blue, for the vivid jinx blue girlies it works alright just don't leave it on for more than 2 mins. It does stain tubs, hands, towels etc. Leaves hair soft!

I switched to this brand because I could not get another brand I was using to get the yellow out of my hair. My hairdresser dyed my hair teal and then I decided I wanted to go a little darker blue because I didn’t like how the teal wasn’t vibrant enough. This brand is amazing in one wash. But for all things holy READ THE DIRECTIONS and follow them. 🤣 The last brand didn’t really stain my hands too bad, but this one said on the bottle to wear gloves. And silly me thought “How bad could it really be?” Because I was doing it while taking a shower. Well lemme tell ya, it looks like I’m ready to star in Eiffel 65’s Blue Da Ba Dee video. I scrubbed with my body wash 3 times, with my husband’s body wash 3 times, with nail polish remover and dish soap and hand soap. While I was able to get MOST of the blue gone, I still couldn’t get all of it. I will not fault the brand for my disregard for their directions because it otherwise was a really amazing turn out. I’d give a picture of my hand after all that, but my camera doesn’t quite capture it in real life. Highly recommend this. WITH GLOVES. 🥴
