My Husband loves to make Crème Brûlée . We received these and the quality was wonderful. He has been able to put them in the fridge and I have used them for mini cakes. They bake evenly and are perfectly sized. So many things still to try with them.

Great ramekins and I love that it comes with the pan and lids.

Packaged very well however one of the ceramic ramekins was chipped. Also the ramekins do not sit level in the wire cage. I like the concept and really like that there is a baking pan included that fits the wire cage allowing cooking in a water bath very easy. Preventing n g having to try to figure out find compatible pans. I would buy again and could recommend others buy also

Perfect size for individual crème brulle. Looks great held up to dishwasher cycles. It feels like they are restaurant quality. I love my desert more now I have the correct dishes.

I got these for a homemade creme brulee kit, and they exceeded my expectations. The ramekins have a clean, classic look and hold just the right portion. They bake beautifully and come out with a perfect custard every time. The rubber lids are a bonus — they seal well and make storing things super convenient. The tray and holder make handling safer and more organized. I’ve also used them for lava cakes and soufflés with no issues! Also, it comes with a recipe on the back of the box. Easy to use!

Use these multiple times to make crème brûlée each time. It turns out absolutely perfect. I love that they come with the silicone lids and the metal framework makes it so simple to remove them. The only con is the pan is extremely cheaply made. I thought it could possibly be used for other things, but it’s very flimsy.

Haven't used it yet as we just opened it this morning (Christmas present) but one of the 6 ramekins is cracked on the bottom so won't be usable. The other 5 are fine. We like the lids and the tray and all. But we don't have other ramekins this size so sad to not be able to use one. Also kind of made me laugh that the box says it comes with "a piece of cookbook" but there was no paper included in the box.

Seitdem ich dieses Creme brulee set bestellt habe, habe ich 4 mal das Dessert gemacht und es super einfach mit diesem Set. Was ich wirklich toll finde, sind die Silikon Deckel, die auch auf andere Gläser passen. Einfach klasse und einfach ohne die Finger zuverbrennen. Habe es auch schon weiterempfohlen

Tray with handles for ramekins is really great. This is a well designed good quality product.

Mit dem Wasserbad gelingt creme brulee auf Restaurantniveau- ein deutlicher Unterschied zum einfachen Backen im Ofen. Durch das Gestell vermeidet man Verbrühungen- ein absolutes Plus. Schade lediglich, dass man nur zusätzliche Deckel erwerben kann, ich hätte gern noch zusätzliche Formen gehabt.
