100 Pack Rok Hardware #8 x 1" Coarse Deep Thread Pan Head Screws Black Phosphate Wood MDF

I order these because I build sub boxes from time to time. These are the best screws I’ve found when mounting the subs. I continue to order so that should tell you I actually do like these.

I used these to secure my wood turning Lathe face plates with confidence they well stay firm and not break.

Love these screws, they blend into the black racks I needed to hang perfectly. They are able to hold plenty of weight.

I'm particular about the screws that I use. These are by far the best. I use these exclusivly for builing my speakers, mounting drivers to baffles and anything involving the use of MDF, softwoods,harwoods and plywood in any glue and screw application.

Working on RV and needed Real work screws in black, there is a difference. No problem with performance .

Excellent biting ability for particle board. Thread count is just right and does not create too much friction while driving into the wood as some other brands. Currently using on IKEA products as adding on mounting points for cables. Most IKEA products are particle board and or press board. Currently using 6 of these to hold a 18lb metal extendable keyboard arm underneath the desk and is still strong and tight after a month of use with no signs of play or loosening.

Phosphate coating doesn't peel off and they won't strip. They're tough as nails. I use these for installing tenants' mailboxes to walls and they blend in nicely. For some reason, I can't find these at any hardware stores so its nice to see them on Amazon.
