Don't pay the price for name brand. These patches work just as well. I must admit I have had difficulty with them staying adhered if placed in an area where you might perspire or your skin gets a lot of movement. I recommend the chest. They typically stayed when placed there. I used the patches for a total of 3 weeks and haven't had a cigarette in 38 days. My husband is also successfully using the patches. I no longer am embarrassed of how I smell after coming in from a smoke, I can smell everything better now, I have more money in my pocket, my skin tone looks better and I have extended my life.

These helped so much! The only thing I didn’t like about quitting is having that motion programmed into my mind. I was constantly just vaping when I was bored. I found chewing gum and putting chapstick on helped some too

Didn’t stay on great but helps curve cravings. I eventually took it off and quit cold turkey. Never made it past 21 mg step one! You can do it!

Worked great until I got a little sweaty then the patch fell right off

I have been trying to quit smoking for several years. Patches have been effective for me to quit but then after being smoke free for a while, I relapse and start all over again. That said, I've used almost every brand so far. They all have a slight burning/itchy feeling for 20-30 minutes after applying them. This brand has the least amount of burning/itching. It also doesn't seems to be as effective as other brands and compared to other brands, this one doesn't seem to adhere as well as others.

Great product. I had smoked one pack a day for over 59 years. I was surprised at how much I had spent on cigarettes during that time but it was over $2 Million and I had a persistent cough. I decided to try the patch. It is a very simple system and REALLY WORKS. I’m now SMOKE FREE.

I hope it's just cause I move a lot and sweat a little, but it's my first patch and the adhesive is straight trash.Wish me luck on quitting though!
