Pleasantly surprised by the fresh scent. It is light and citrusy not like some heavy bug repellent. Used as a bug repellent while gardening. Mosquitoes go for my ankles so i made sure I covered my arches. I also applied to my neck area. It worked, no bites. No skin reaction. Bought this along with other essential oils to add to a spray to deter ticks for me dogs. So far so good. Time will tell.

I had heard this is one of the few things that will keep the mosquitoes away. Citronella doesn't work, but this seems to be reasonably effect. I have my diffuser placed between my two rocking chairs on the patio/veranda. The smell is quite pleasant too. Not my favourite, but ok.
