S500 perfect fit.
Fit my 2006 S500 W220 perfectly. (yes, one of the very last of the production run) Took about 45 minutes to install. Has worked find the last three weeks. Don't expect any issues.

Cheaper version of OEM but works perfectly.
This is a Chinese made version of OEM, but these w220 cars are getting old and it comes down to the choice of, do you want to pay 300+ for OEM or ~50 for a cheaper version from China. It’s personal preference and use your judgment and consider the condition of your car. So far, after about 2 months, it’s worked flawlessly since installation! Will give a 1 year update if it hopefully lasts that long. Also, a proper and dirt free/clean installation is defintely key to these valve body units lasting awhile. I couldn’t tell ANY difference in build quality between OEM German version and this version. If this unit gives out I will disassemble and compare to internals of OEM version. Well worth the 50 bucks in my opinion even if it lasts 1/3 the lifespan of OEM. Easy to change out, inexpensive part.

Fixes the issue, if you know what your issue is
First thing, realize that this isn't going to last forever. If you have a shop do a test and you're having leakage from your struts or reservoir then you probably lost your valve block. I replaced mine about a year ago, with the same style and quality, it failed a couple weeks ago. So don't expect it to last forever l, but it's the best quality for the price on Amazon. It fits perfectly and is a direct replacement.
