Good morning Dillon. This is our Ecoposh fitted diaper and it comes standard with a set of two bamboo inserts. As a fitted, the entire diaper is absorbent, needing the addition of a waterproof cover and it makes an excellent nighttime option! This diaper is made from high quality organic and recycled material. So the price you see is for one diaper, but let me assure you it is well worth it! Since these are made for nighttime, most people only need 2 or 3 to last between their wash days.
