Is this the same as the large gorilla silicone for caulk gun?

This does not require a caulking gun. To use, cut a small piece off the nozzle tip and apply directly from the tube. I found the product easy to apply. A little pressure (like squeezing toothpaste from the tube) gets the silicone out. I found it less messy and easier to control than products that need a caulking gun.

Can this be used to replace tile on fiberglass?

I used it for caulking tile in my shower. I did not use it as an adhesive.

I have a crack just a little bigger than hairline between the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, would this work there?

I would say yes. It wouldn’t take much and I’d say it would be better than getting a large tube for use in a caulk gun. It also has a cap which keeps it from drying out.
