Not really seen the benefit of it yet and will continue to use it for another monthTaste is quite tangy on the taste buds but so much better than trying to down a few tables spoons of powered Marine collagen.I feel they could reduce the cardboard packaging and pass the savings onto the buyer as it is expensive. I only tend to buy it when on offer or through Amazon prime deals otherwise I would not buy it for the price tag
