Can I make this non dairy coconut milk/cream?

This was primarily designed for dairy. Fermentation of non-dairy beverages, while sometimes doable, is much trickier. This company makes a similar starter called the LR Superfood starter. There is a recipe to make about 3/4 quart of cultured coconut milk on their website. This recipe might also work with the yogurt starter.
