Can I rais the pressure to 18 psi

Yes, this part is preset to have the pressure setting set to 12 PSI, Pressure adjustment range is 10 to 25 PSI. In order to change the pressure, you will need to do this by loosening the jam nut out of the top of the reducing valve, and turning the slotted adjusting screw. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the set pressure or counterclockwise to lower the set pressure.

Factory settings for the valve same as unit being replaced which is identical manufacturer and model number. No need to adjust, just install as is?

Yes but max supply pressure of 125 psi and it is designed to feed a device that requires a reduced pressure of 10 to 25 psi
