I've tried a lot of sleep supplements and most either taste weird or make me feel heavy in the morning. These are different, the combo of magnesium glycinate with lavender, lemon balm, and a little melatonin actually feels really calming without being overpowering. I fall asleep faster, and if I wake up in the night I can drift back off easily. Plus, they taste like a treat instead of medicine. Definitely keeping these in my nightly routine.

I got these gummies because they had all the active ingredients I was looking for in a nightly sleep supplement, in a vegan gummy form: my previous supply of two separate supplements ran out and vitamins are too expensive for me to have a jar for each ingredient! These were the lowest cost item I could find that met my needs. I like that you can tailor the dose by taking more vitamins (the full recommended adult serving is like 5 gummies), as I prefer a lower dose, but I do wish these were a bit bigger so you got to enjoy the gummy treat more! I also found the flavour less berry and more artificial grape, which I don't love, but it's still the best option for the price. I can't really say how well these work as I usually only take 1 a night as part of a carefully curated sleep routine; that said, I sleep much better with my overall routine than I ever did without it, and I know these ingredients really help me in general! I will buy these again until there's a better alternative at the same price point per quantity.

These gummies knocked me out in the best way ! I usually toss and turn for an hour but now I’m out in 20 minutes. No groggy feeling the next morning which is a huge thing for me. Taste is good also.

Changed the flavor???? These were soooooo good and worked so well it was amazing, I’ve been buying these for years. Most recent order the flavor was completely different, color of them are much darker, and tastes disgusting.
