Its working and my lungs feel expanded
I received this product today and it is amazing, I can already feel the difference in my breathing. I had a Gallbladder removal operation and found that I have had breathing problems since the operation a week ago so thought I would get a lung exerciser and saw this. It is expanding my lungs and I am already breathing so much better and not feeling so lightheaded because of my shallow breathing. I do 15 breaths in the morning, 5 at a time taking a break after each 5 until I have done 15 and then another 15 in the afternoon. A brilliant product.
