1) is this meant for the manual 2018 wrx (not an sti) and it’s rear diff? 2) how is this made in the usa? i thought it was from japan?

this will work in the manual transmission and the diff. Subaru make things in the US to avoid tariffs.

Is the oil with limited slips?

This oil can be used for the transmission and the front and rear differential. The best thing to do is call a Subaru dealership and talk to the maintenance department. Some times it is even cheaper there than on Amazon. When i got the coolant it was twice the price here than at the dealership.

Is this full synthetic?

This product is not synthetic, it is a Subaru manual transmission specialty mix recommend by Subaru for manual transmission's and rear differentials. I recently purchased 5 quarts for my 2010 Outback 6 speed and am very pleased with the product.

How many quarts do i need for a subaru wrx sti (2015+)? i am seeing it's around 6 quarts. is that correct? make a 6qt pack.
