It's ok but not as expected. Lasts long and it's strong wax. Nevertheless when written water wax is expected to be better quality.

I was really was excited to try the Bandido high hold Wax 8. I’m a Bandido fan and really love their aftershave/cologne line. That’s a highly recommend from me. There are no ingredients listed on Amazon, which was frustrating, so I was really curious what was in this, so I made a blind purchase based on my love of the Bandido aftershave line. I am posting a picture of the label with the ingredients for those who are interested. Looks like lots of chemicals in this pomade. I thought this pomade would be much more waxy (I mean, the name has “wax” in it) but it really handles and performs like a cheap gel pomade. They say in the listing that it doesn’t harden up in your hair, well it actually does. Quite a bit. Just like a gel. For those that like that crunchy hair feeling, you’ll like this. But I was hoping for a much waxier, high holding product, not a cheap chemical gel. But, worst of all, the pomade was already ALMOST 3 YEARS OLD when I bought it. The jar was stamped that it was made in August, 2021. Today is May 1, 2024. The pomade has a stamped “Expiration Date” just over 2 months from now! Unbelievable that they sold this to me. But, notwithstanding the expiration date, the bottom of the jar actually says the pomade expires 12 months after production - that’s what the 12M is on the bottom. So, this jar’s expiration date was actually August, 2022 by their own stamping. So, this product is LONG expired. Really frustrating that this long expired product was sold to me on Amazon. Buyer beware, you are buying very old, long expired product on Amazon, and this performs and acts just like a cheap gel pomade, not a wax. If that’s your jam, you’ll love this.

I think my jar was old; was hard, but my barber told me that I got a different hold. I only use a pea size smeared on palms and fingertips to take through my “summer cut” hair. My super straight hair with a billion cowlicks is a daily challenge so just a bit of this gel takes the pieces that are like little rascal’s alfalfa lol. This tiny jar will last a year for my super short hair

I like the product but I was disappointed in the packaging. It didn't come in a box it came in a paper envelope. 2 if the containers tops were off. It should have been sent in a box. Hopefully my next order will be in a box.

Worked very well, more than I thought it would. It’s very hard and holds the hair well the whole day.
