Is this dog finger toothbrush better than the Beaphar finger toothbrush?

We specially designed this dog finger toothbrush with all-enclosed silicone bristles for dogs. The bristles are thicker and slender, which can comprehensively and easily clean dog teeth and freshen breath.

how many times can each one be used? can they be washed and reused or are they single-use?

You can just wash and reuse over again. They are soft feel rubber, and they are the only ones my dogs will tolerate. I’ve been using the same one for over 6 months and it’s still as good as the day I got them.

How well does this dog finger toothbrush clean your dog's teeth directly without using dog toothpaste?

easy to use and clean, but better with dog toothpaste

Can this be used for a 4 month old puppy

It should be fine as long as you consider the size of your finger, how gentle you are and that the puppy will have very sharp teeth which is likely to cut through the thin silicone. If you are simply introducing the puppy to having you lift it's lips to rub a couple of teeth, then that should be fine. It's more about getting them used to smelling it, the sensation and action, than it is the actual process of 'cleaning' the teeth.
