This clear is CLEAR. No yellow tint in the process after mixed with hardener and applied to paint. Great bond with urethane base coat. Try it and you won't be disappointed. Cure time in 24 hrs and ready to install the pieces. I'll see how well it does in the sunny California in few years. Hope it doesn't wrinkle like raisins in the sun (

I have only used it on one bumper so far, and the clear layer out really well. I had no problems with this clear, and it being cheaper than other brands, I would recommend it.

Hi - Over the past 20 years I've painted 8 cars with urethane base/clear coat, some with mixed results. Just recently I painted a car with leftover base coat and this Sherwin Williams/Acme clear coat (FC720). By far, this was the easiest clear coat I've ever worked with! I applied 3 wet coats and never had a single paint run! Finished job looks so good I may not even bother to rub it out! When I was a kid I remember my father painted several cars with Acme paint products and based on my positive experience with this clear coat, going forward I'll use nothing but Acme auto paint products! Thanks!

Awesome product - smooth application, NO BUFFING Required, withstand tough East Coast weather, not so much the dumb garbage men who think it is ok to drag the garbage containers against your bumper or dumb neighbors who can drive!!! Yes I would recommend this clear - wish it was a bit cheaper.

This Sherwin-Williams clecoat base coat is very good high grade at a good price I highly recommend it

I needed clear for a job and i read the reviews and thought this stuff looks good, so I purchased the clear it came in a few days, painted the vehicle everything looked perfect. I mixed my new clear per directions and sprayed it one coat...looking good! Waited for a few came back for a second coat....looking even gooder! Thought ill just throw another quick coat on the quarters and be done. Went out to have a smoke came back in and runs in both quarter panels. Tried to burry them with no success. This stuff is thin, lays down good and flows out nice and smooth but dont throw an extra coat on without waiting for it to flash!.

This clear for the money is the perfect DIY solution. Im a first time sprayer, and was recommended this clear from a buddy at work. Was able to do 3 coats for my whole coupe. The gun I bought off Amazon also sprayed this clear like glass. Atomized very well and leveled out flawlessly. Ill update this review after summer to see how well my new paintjob is upholding. So far its beautiful. Just make sure to read the TDS and follow flash times and your project will turn out beautifully.

Great stuff ! I paint a lot of motorcycles and it lays down really good and buffs good when needed.
