GOR® 20 x 50 Military Binocular with Tripod Adapter and Cell Phone Adapter Mount Metal - Compatible Binocular Monocular Spotting Scope Telescope Microscope (Combo of 3)

I ordered this binocular on Amazon after a thorough study of all the binoculars available. Some like Nikon are too expensive, while others have poor reviews. Except this GOR military grade binocular. I am very satisfied after using the binocular for bird watching and as a spotting scope in forest. GOR stands for Genesis Online Retail, which imports and sells this Chinese binocular of brand name Galileo. Here are the pros and cons :PROS:1) 50 X 20 military grade. ( 50 mm objective lens; magnification X 20). It's close to that.2) Multi-layered optics with BAK-7 Porro Prism3) Very sturdy built quality with strap, and also objective lens covers are tied with straps, and hence less chance of falling.4) Excellent image quality. Crisp images of objects at least 1 km away.5) Minimal spherical and chromatic aberration.6) Bright images.7) Classy looks.8) Provided with tripod adapter and smartphone adapter. This is what seperates it from another GOR binocular that is identical and costs ₹ 2300/-. This is the feature I like most, though smartphone lens is always difficult to align with the binocular eyepiece lens.8) Sturdy built quality9) Excellent packaging from GOR.10) Is relatively cheap considering excellent quality and presence of accessories.CONS:1) Bit on the heavier side ( 800 gms) and can tire your arms and the image will shake from it. Best to use it on tripod, can even be used as a crude telescope ( saw the moon in appreciable detail).2) Took 7 days to deliver ( seller in Mumbai)Overall, an exceptionally good binocular at a relatively cheap price.

Very good binocs for all ages

It gives a clear and magnified view of things within 1+ km. Strong build. Not heavy. Happy with the product.

It looks majestic in our hands. The images are unbelievable. Images are relatively near and enlarged as prescribed. For night vision distant objects can be seen(to some extent) provided the object must be in a light lit place. The adjustments are good and smooth. Built of the quality of the Binoc is really sturdy and strong enough even-though if it falls it can be saved from damages (only for less times of falling ). The pouch and the strap are also good in quality. The Binoc was shipped with multilevel packing for safety which is more inspiring and caring of the manufacturers. If anyone wishes to buy a binocular in this budget and also with all important aspects this is the best of my opinion.

theres no night vision, the binoculars have not been calibrated correctly, so it's clear only in 1 eye,the product finish is nice and quite heavy duty but overall it's ok but I think we should" test it before you buy it" category product, so it's better buying it from a shop rather online.

It's a good binocular for the first time buyer, out perform the expectations,value for money.

Product not as advertised. Focus not sharp and magnification o where near 20x as claimed. Want to return item but they insist on replacing with a similar sub standard product. Extremely Disappointed
