The watch looked really nice in person but the clock hands were loose whenever I moved my wrist around you could see and hear them moving around. Came straight out of the box like that.

The quality of the item is rather cheap and gives off a toy-like feel. Considering its intended use for costumes, it holds some value at its price point. However, if it were for any other purpose, I would consider returning the item.
