Lost it elasticity in 2 weeks

Wish I had made this purchase ages ago! Each paring knife in the set is great quality, sharp & work great with all variety of fruits & veggies. And I love the color variety for my kitchen.

These cheap knives came over night. Very good since I needed to peel 4 boxes of peaches the next day. They are sharp and did the job well. Good for opening containers and such. Effectively disposable and not really much worth extended care.

I purchased these knives (the first time) 3 years ago and they have stayed sharp despite being used daily for years. Recently, two of the blades did come loose from the handles after hundreds of washings and I was more than happy to repurchase the same ones again. They do tend to rust if you do not dry them off completely after washing. They are comfortable to hold and they cut very easily. Highly recommend.

These knives are very sharp; however, the metal is thin. Overall, they are lightweight. I think ordinary peeling or slicing will be fine, but I will be careful not to exert too much pressure ... if I remember. :-) Decent price if they hold an edge.

Very sharp and I really appreciate the covers. That makes them safe in the drawer because they really are very sharp. I hadn’t realized how dull some of my other knives were until I got these.
