This is a great question. The tiles are black and white. There can be slight variance in tone from batch to batch. Install matching batches for best results.

Are the white Luminary tiles hard to keep clean? Do they get dirty easily?

Mine do show dirt easily but In the few months that I have had my floor down, nothing that has gotten on my floor has failed to wipe up easily without leaving a stain. I have two young kids and lots of pets, so that’s saying a lot. The clean floor looks brand new.

Can these go over existing tile /flooring in bathrooms?

I put it over existing linoleum and it looks great, really difficult to cut as it’s so thick though.
